Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://landscapertallahassee.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Irrigation Repair, Irrigation System Installation, Landscaping & Landscape Design, Lawn Maintenance, Sod Installation, Drainage Solutions, Landscape Lighting, Pine Straw & Mulch Installation provided by Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://landscapertallahassee.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Velasquez Landscape & Irrigation from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
